• Baylor again earns Honor Roll designation as a ‘Great College to Work For’

Baylor is not only a great university to attend; it’s also a great place to work!

For the 10th time, Baylor has been named a “Great College to Work For” following a nationwide survey by ModernThink released recently via a special insert in The Chronicle of Higher Education.

This year, 196 colleges and universities were compared to reveal which universities provide the factors necessary to be considered a “Great College to Work For.” Only about 1/5th of the schools considered — including Baylor — were named to the Honor Roll.

“Baylor University’s mission challenges us with a call to excellence, and even in the midst of the challenges and uncertainty during the pandemic, the Baylor Family of faculty and staff never wavered in committing their time and talents to create a caring community dedicated to leadership, service, academic excellence and Christian commitment,” says President Linda Livingstone.

The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly challenged both individuals and institutions. While many wavered during this time, Baylor University — thanks in large part to our amazing faculty and staff — not only proved just how strong they were, but continued to persevere through the challenges.

    Sic ’em, Bears!
