• Baylor among the nation’s ‘Great Colleges To Work For’ for the 7th straight year

Baylor named a "Great College to Work For"

For the seventh consecutive year, Baylor University has been named one of the country’s “Great Colleges to Work For” following a nationwide survey by The Chronicle of Higher Education.

The Chronicle’s annual study — the largest and most comprehensive workplace survey in higher education — looked at more than 230 colleges and universities nationwide, interviewing more than 45,000 faculty and staff members across the country. In the final report, Baylor was particularly noted by the Chronicle for excellence in compensation and benefits, workplace facilities, job satisfaction and support, professional/career development programs, supervisor relationship, and work/life balance.

Faculty and staff are often overlooked when discussing the Baylor family (compared to the more obvious students and alumni), so it’s great to know that our professors and other professionals are so happy to be part of the family, too!

    Sic ’em, Bears!
