Baylor named a ‘Best Buy’ for fifth straight year
For the fifth straight year, Baylor has been named one of the “best buys” in higher education by The Fiske Guide to Colleges — one of only 45 public and private colleges in the United States, Canada and Great Britain to make this year’s list.
The rating is based on the quality of each school’s academic programs and campus experience as well as the cost of attendance. Baylor is one of only two Texas colleges to make the 2011 edition‘s list (along with Trinity University) and one of only two Big 12 institutions (Iowa State being the other).
Given President Starr’s push to increase Baylor’s endowed scholarship program, as the university continues to only improve its offerings (both academically and financially), Baylor is poised to hold its place among the nation’s best buys for years to come.
Sic ’em, Baylor!
