Banana Ball is coming to Baylor!

When the Banana Ball 2027 World Tour was announced earlier this month, there was McLane Stadium — right alongside a host of NFL and MLB stadiums.
Yes, Banana Ball is coming to Baylor and Waco on May 7-8, 2027. Tickets are available only through Banana Ball’s online ticket lottery — and that lottery closes Oct. 31, so sign up now. Standard tickets start at $35, with no hidden fees or taxes.
(For those unfamiliar with Banana Ball, think baseball, but with a lot of surprising twists. Created by the world-famous Savannah Bananas, Banana Ball’s unique rules and engaging style — including trick plays, dancing, singing, etc. — are all designed with one goal in mind: to entertain the fans.)
Some interesting tidbits about the games at Baylor:
- McLane is one of just five college football stadiums among the 75+ sites on this year’s tour, putting Baylor on a short list with Auburn (Jordan-Hare Stadium), LSU (Tiger Stadium), Notre Dame (Notre Dame Stadium), and UTSA (Alamodome).
- This will be the first baseball game in McLane’s 12-year history, joining other non-football events such as last year’s Boys from Oklahoma concert and this month’s Topgolf Live.
- The games in Waco will feature the Texas Tailgaters (winners of this year’s Banana Ball Championship League) and the Party Animals (whose “broadcast entertainer” is Drake Toll, Baylor Class of ’23).
Want to join in the fun? Enter the Banana Ball ticket lottery now (or by Oct. 31 at the latest), and we’ll hope to see you at McLane next May!
Sic ’em, Banana Ball!
