#Baylor175: Margaret Clem, BA ’69
What does your Baylor experience mean to you?
“There was just such a comradery within the whole campus. You felt like you were a part of it; you didn’t have to have a date, all that. Everybody just showed up.
“My professors when I went on for my master’s and my doctorate would say, ‘Where’d you learn that?’ My answer: ‘I learned it at Baylor,’ and then they were pleasantly surprised, because not too many other people in the program had had those experiences. Those are things that I learned in classes at Baylor.”
