Baylor’s 2018 commercial: “A Place Where Lights Shine Bright”
Baylor’s new university commercial officially debuted late last month, first on social media and subsequently during national broadcasts of Baylor football games. The 30-second spot, which will be widely seen on television during Baylor sporting events throughout the year, continues the “#BaylorLights” theme we’ve seen develop over the past year:
Every day, thousands of Baylor students, faculty, staff and alumni let their lights shine — through their lives, research, service and a wide range of professions. The new commercial takes that idea and illustrates it literally, featuring Baylor landmarks and traditions such as the four columns at Independence, Elliston Chapel’s stained glass, and the lighting of Pat Neff Hall.
“This extension of our ‘Where Lights Shine Bright’ campaign tells the story of the Baylor Family reflecting the light of God in the world as they pursue their callings,” explains Baylor President Linda Livingstone.
Check out the commercial on Baylor’s YouTube channel, and watch for it during future Baylor sporting events.
