“My family came here [to Baylor]. My grandparents were here. My parents came here. My brother just recently graduated, and my cousin, he graduated a few years back. So, this has been the college that I’ve always wanted to go to.

“College isn’t as scary as they tell you. In high school, they’re like, ‘You’re going to be drowning in a bunch of stuff! You’re going to have no time to do anything! You’re going to break your back just trying to get everything done!’, and I don’t think that’s how it is. Granted, we just started, but you just kind of have to find your space — this, the Foster Campus, is mine — and, once you can do that, you’ve pretty much got it.”
