    At Baylor, the student experience — creating a place where students can thrive academically, spiritually and socially — is at the heart of what we do. From our small student-to-faculty ratio and Christian environment to the 400+ student organizations on campus, Baylor offers countless ways for students to get involved and feel at home.

    With so many opportunities, there’s something for everyone — literally from A to Z:

    Aero at Baylor — for students interested in aeronautics and aircraft, with annual intercollegiate competitions in 3D-printed aircraft and rocket engineering.

    Bears for a Cure — for students who are passionate about cancer, who want to serve the Waco community by supporting cancer patients and raising funds for the American Cancer Society and other non-profit organizations.

    Creative Writing Club — a supportive, friendly environment that encourages the vulnerability required to share personal works of creative fiction while equipping students with the tools needed to enhance their creative writing.

    Driving Club — for automotive enthusiasts to gather and participate in automotive sports, such as drag racing, autocross, and rallies, in both their own cars and the club-built race car.

    Engineers with a Mission — creating opportunities for engineering students to use what they learn in the classroom to serve others in need.

    First Responder Recruitment Club at Baylor — raising awareness about volunteer opportunities for students who hold EMT certification.

    Global Surgery Student Alliance — educating, inspiring and uniting students through engagement and mentorship in improving access to quality, affordable surgical care around the world.

    Hawai’i Club — educating others about the vibrant cultures and traditions of the Hawaiian Islands by hosting activities and events that spread the spirit of aloha.

    InterVarsity Nurses Christian Fellowship — both a Christian professional organization and a ministry of and for nurses and nursing students.

    Jiu -Jitsu — promoting the strengthening of the mind, body and faith through the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for competition and life.

    Korean Student Association — uniting students of all races who have an interest in Korean culture and language.

    Letters of Love — an international nonprofit that supports children in hospitals by creating and sharing handwritten cards.

    Music and Memory — bringing together music and pre-health students over a shared love for music therapy, serving individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and/or dementia through monthly music performances at a local assisted living facility.

    Nutrition Outreach Waco — connecting BU students with local after-school programs that provide nutrition education to children.

    Operation Smile — actively contributing to Operation Smile’s global mission, which is centered around providing free cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries to children in need.

    Pre-Veterinary Medical Association — for students with an interest in the veterinary field and in serving others through local shelters and mission trips.

    Club Quadball — a competitive and social club focused on fostering relationships between Baylor students and competing against other universities in quadball (inspired by Harry Potter’s quidditch).

    Real Estate Network at Baylor — creating a network of students pursuing a career in real estate (and alumni working in the field).

    Sailing Club — promoting competitive collegiate sailing, for students with experience and those who want to learn.

    Theatre Student Society — strengthening camaraderie between current theatre students, and supporting the Department of Theatre Arts by raising scholarships and other activities.

    Unicycle Academy — training students in the art of unicycling, and providing a community for unicyclers to excel in their skills.

    Veterans of Baylor — empowering students who have served in the U.S. military while celebrating and promoting their continued commitment to service and leadership after the military.

    Water Polo Club — a club team that competes throughout Texas, and is open to anyone interested in competing or simply learning the game of water polo.

    Future Healthcare eXecutives — promoting the development of skills necessary for effective leadership in healthcare organizations, and learning about job opportunities in healthcare management.

    Young Life College — providing an environment that allows students to grow in community with others and hear the gospel of Jesus Christ.

    Zeta Phi Beta — a sorority that fosters the ideals of service, charity, scholarship, civil and cultural endeavors, sisterhood, and finer womanhood.
