Bears in the NFL — on the field, and in the front office
Cheering on our Bears in the NFL is second nature to Baylor fans — from legends like Mike Singletary (BBA ’83) to current stars such as Jalen Pitre (BBA ’20, MSED ’21), there’s no shortage of Baylor alums who have made us proud at the next level.
But it’s not just on the field; all across the NFL, Baylor Bears can be found in front offices and training rooms, discovering talent on the scouting trail and generating revenue in tickets and sales.
Where are our NFL Bears in 2025? The list starts with 16 players, but certainly doesn’t end there. Baylor’s Center for Sales Strategy in Sports and Entertainment has sent a steady stream of alums to key jobs with NFL teams (and every other pro sports league), alongside graduates in athletic training, photojournalism and more — and there may be even more out there in key roles from other departments.
