For the sixth straight year, Baylor has been ranked by U.S. News as one of the top two universities in the Big 12 Conference and one of the top five in Texas, alongside Rice, UT, SMU and Texas A&M.

Overall, Baylor is ranked No. 75 in the U.S. among national universities. For context, that puts BU just behind schools such as American University, Minnesota, Rutgers, Texas A&M, and Virginia Tech (all tied at No. 69), and ahead of such schools as TCU (No. 78), Florida State (81), Michigan State (81), Colorado (90) and Oklahoma (97) among the top 100.

High school counselors nationwide think even better of Baylor than the traditional rankings, placing us at No. 62 nationally. Baylor also continued to rise among the nation’s best colleges for veterans (now up to No. 38) and best values (No. 57).

With all this in mind, it’s no wonder that Baylor’s application totals hit an all-time high with the Class of 2021 that started college this fall. Can’t wait to see what next year’s class will look like!

    Sic ’em, Bears!
