Looking back at Baylor Homecoming 2015 (through the rain)
Homecoming celebrations at Baylor go back more than 100 years, but I’m not sure we’ve ever had one quite like this before.
Record-setting rainfall — nearly 12 inches over the long weekend — led to the bonfire and parade being cancelled, moved Extravaganza indoors, and soaked the McLane Stadium crowd during the Bears’ win. But it didn’t dampen the Baylor family’s spirit as they enjoyed their reunion events, Pigskin, Singspiration, the pep rally and the game.
If you couldn’t make it back to campus for #BaylorHomecoming 2015, hopefully you were able to celebrate with us via social media. And if you didn’t catch it all, here’s what you missed:
