• A bit of Baylor in China

Laura Cox in ChinaWhat are you doing with your summer? Laura Cox, BBA ’05, MSEd ’07, spent two weeks carrying the Baylor name across China.

Having recently graduated with her MBA from LSU after earning her bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s in education from Baylor, Cox headed to China on a study abroad trip. She carried a Baylor flag to the top of the Great Wall of China, but perhaps her most “Baylor Proud” moment was leaving a BU pennant at a “Texas bar-b-que” restaurant in Shanghai (photo here).

Though today she works for the LSU Tiger Athletic Foundation, Cox — who worked with head coach Scott Drew while at Baylor — says she remains “an avid Baylor men’s basketball fan.”

    Sic ’em, Laura!
