An overall Best in Show and the CIE Staff Pick are each honored in addition to first-, second- and third-place winners in three categories (cityscape\/landscape, people, and art and architecture).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.baylor.edu\/baylorproud\/galleries\/studyabroadpics08\/\" target=\"_blank\">A look at this year&#8217;s winning entries<\/a> gives a glimpse into what our students see on their trips, as well as a sampling of the eyes for art that can be found on campus.<\/p>\n<p>Sic \u2019em, study-abroad students!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Around 800 Baylor students participate each year in study abroad programs; around 250 are in semester- or year-long programs, while the rest go on short-term summer trips.
