Yet one report found that fewer than 2% of colleges and universities in the U.S. require even six of the top seven core subjects (composition, literature, foreign language, U.S. government\/history, economics, math, and science).<\/p>\n<p>Among those 2%? Yep &#8212; Baylor University.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/whatwilltheylearn.com\/schools\/2799\" target=\"_blank\">Baylor was one of 19 institutions nationwide to earn an &#8220;A&#8221; for its core curriculum<\/a> from the American Council of Trustees and Alumni, based on exactly that fact &#8212; the university&#8217;s dedication to providing a well-rounded education.<\/p>\n<p>No other college in the Big 12 earned that distinction. Besides Baylor, <a href=\"http:\/\/whatwilltheylearn.com\/a-list\" target=\"_blank\">the short list of &#8220;A&#8221; schools<\/a> includes Georgia, Pepperdine, Air Force and West Point.
