Master Teacher Robert Baird moderated and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wacotrib.com\/search\/content\/news\/opinion\/stories\/2008\/06\/15\/06152008wacbaylortenureOPED.html\" target=\"_blank\">shared his thoughts about the summit in an opinion piece<\/a> for the <em>Waco Tribune-Herald<\/em>. Judging from Dr. Baird&#8217;s comments, Baylor is making good progress towards improving the tenure process for all those involved.
