{"id":3840,"date":"2010-07-06T14:23:03","date_gmt":"2010-07-06T19:23:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/baylorproud.wpengine.com\/?p=3840"},"modified":"2010-07-06T14:23:03","modified_gmt":"2010-07-06T19:23:03","slug":"student-activities-creativity-leads-to-top-honors-at-international-competition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www2.baylor.edu\/baylorproud\/2010\/07\/student-activities-creativity-leads-to-top-honors-at-international-competition\/","title":{"rendered":"Student activities&#8217; creativity leads to top honors at international competition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Baylor students benefit from having one of the most creative <a href=\"http:\/\/www.baylor.edu\/student_activities\/\" target=\"_blank\">student activities departments<\/a> in the nation &#8212; a belief we&#8217;ve long held that was recently backed up again by the Association of College Unions International (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.acui.org\" target=\"_blank\">ACUI<\/a>), an organization that brings together student activities leaders from hundreds of colleges and universities in seven countries.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.acui.org\/content.aspx?menu_id=124&amp;id=11455\" target=\"_blank\">Baylor and Duke were the only private schools to win multiple first place awards in the student competitions.<\/a> Baylor teams made up of staff, graduate assistants and undergraduates took top honors for Logo\/Brand Identity (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.uproarrecords.com\/uproar\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Uproar Records<\/a> brand) and Video Promotion (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=305hm5CJhfQ\" target=\"_blank\">Baylor Poverty Summit promotional video<\/a>, embedded below).
