This week, we again renew that tradition, as the Baylor Family returns to campus to &#8220;catch that Baylor spirit again,&#8221; as President Samuel Palmer Brooks famously wrote more than a century ago.<\/p>\n<p>At Homecoming, Baylor rolls out the red carpet to welcome you &#8212; alumni and friends &#8212; home. It&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JV7pV-gnLBg\">the biggest Baylor Family reunion of the year<\/a> &#8212; all\u00a0about seeing old friends, recalling fond memories, sharing those stories with the next generation, and celebrating together as one.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Baylor Homecoming Down the Years\" width=\"768\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JV7pV-gnLBg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>As you return to campus this weekend, <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.baylor.edu\/baylorproud\/2024\/10\/start-your-homecoming-visit-at-the-hurd\/\">start your visit at the Hurd Welcome Center<\/a> &#8212; your Homecoming headquarters. Baylor staff will be on hand Friday and Saturday to answer questions and help you connect with school\/college\/campus events, and the Hurd will also\u00a0host a wide variety of activities, photo ops, student performances, and more for Bears of all ages. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.baylor.edu\/baylorproud\/2024\/10\/start-your-homecoming-visit-at-the-hurd\/\">Learn more here<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>The festivities begin on campus Monday night with <a href=\"https:\/\/homecoming.web.baylor.edu\/main-events\/homecoming-worship-presented-vertical-ministries\">Homecoming Worship<\/a> for students (presented by Vertical) in the SUB Bowl, followed by <a href=\"https:\/\/homecoming.web.baylor.edu\/main-events\/dinner-livingstones\">Dinner with the Livingstones<\/a> on Tuesday. They continue Thursday night with <a href=\"https:\/\/homecoming.web.baylor.edu\/main-events\/ten-ten-mass-meeting-experience\">Ten at Ten: A Mass Meeting Experience<\/a>, plus the first of four <a href=\"https:\/\/homecoming.web.baylor.edu\/main-events\/pigskin-revue\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pigskin Revue<\/a> performances, followed Friday by the <a href=\"https:\/\/alumni.web.baylor.edu\/traditions\/golden-grad-50th-reunion\">50-year class reunion<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/alumni.web.baylor.edu\/traditions\/singspiration\">Singspiration<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/homecoming.web.baylor.edu\/main-events\/royal-pure-homecoming-stroll\">Royal &amp; Pure Homecoming Stroll-Off<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/homecoming.web.baylor.edu\/main-events\/extravaganza-pep-rally-and-bonfire\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bonfire, Pep Rally and Extravaganza<\/a>. Saturday opens with <a href=\"https:\/\/homecoming.web.baylor.edu\/main-events\/homecoming-parade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the beloved Homecoming Parade<\/a>, followed by <a href=\"https:\/\/baylorbears.evenue.net\/cgi-bin\/ncommerce3\/SEGetEventInfo?ticketCode=GS:BAYLOR:F24:F04:&amp;linkID=baylor&amp;dataAccId=502&amp;locale=en_US&amp;siteId=ev_baylor\">Baylor football hosting Oklahoma State <\/a>at 2:30 p.m. at McLane Stadium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[Find all the week&#8217;s details at <a href=\"https:\/\/homecoming.web.baylor.edu\/\">baylor.edu\/homecoming<\/a>.]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere on campus, the Honors College will host an <a href=\"https:\/\/homecoming.web.baylor.edu\/event\/2024\/1536484\">open house<\/a> for its newly renovated spaces in Memorial and Alexander, Draper, and the new Carona Family Commons.
