Another year, another top-10 ranking for\u00a0Baylor entrepreneurship<\/a>.<\/p>\n Yes, for the 14th straight year (!!), Baylor’s undergraduate entrepreneurship program is a consensus top-10 national pick in the field. It’s ranked No. 6 in the country<\/a> by The Princeton Review and Entrepreneurship<\/em> magazine, and No. 8 nationally<\/a> by U.S. News<\/em>.<\/p>\n “The combination of research, teaching and service are key to the success of the Baylor Entrepreneurship undergraduate program,” says Dr. Peter Klein<\/a>, professor and chair of entrepreneurship and The W.W. Caruth Chair at Baylor. “Baylor is one of the few programs to be elite in both research and teaching, an example of the kind of balance we want with our Research 1\/Tier 1 aspirations.”<\/p>\n Baylor was one of the first universities to create a formal academic program in entrepreneurial studies, having launched its first classes in 1978. More than 40 years later, Baylor\u2019s Department of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation, as the program is now formally known, is firmly established among the nation’s best undergraduate entrepreneur programs.<\/p>\n
