With 100% of May 2022 graduates reporting, Baylor\u2019s placement rate is 92%. (For comparison, that&#8217;s not far off the nation&#8217;s best numbers a year ago. While national numbers aren&#8217;t yet out for the Class of 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/research.com\/universities-colleges\/colleges-with-best-job-placement-rates\">the most recent data available<\/a> showed the top 10 universities in placement rate &#8212; mostly smaller liberal arts colleges &#8212; were each around 95%.)<\/p>\n<p>For students and their families, these numbers represent security and dividends for the work they put in at Baylor. For the university, it means the focus on continued growth in Baylor\u2019s placement rate is making a difference. This year\u2019s numbers continue <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.baylor.edu\/baylorproud\/2022\/02\/baylor-class-of-2021-job-placement-numbers-come-in-far-above-the-national-average\/\">an upward trend<\/a> &#8212; from 83% in 2020 after the pandemic, to 88% last year, and now up to 92%.<\/p>\n<p>Pivotal to the university\u2019s success in this area has been the work of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.baylor.edu\/careercenter\/\">Baylor\u2019s Career Center<\/a>, which offers programming, resources and personalized attention to help students land opportunities in the career of their calling, whether those come in the work force or postgraduate education.
