The Bears will debut their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.baylorbears.com\/sports\/m-footbl\/spec-rel\/071609aaa.html\" target=\"_blank\">new uniforms<\/a> that day, and wearing the green and gold will be <a href=\"http:\/\/www.baylorbears.com\/sports\/m-footbl\/spec-rel\/072409aab.html\" target=\"_blank\">four preseason All-Big 12 selections<\/a>: junior defensive tackle Phil Taylor, junior punter Derek Epperson, senior safety Jordan Lake and senior linebacker Joe Pawelek.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor, a 6-4, 355-pound lineman, is a transfer from Penn State and was voted Big 12 Preseason Newcomer of the Year. He&#8217;ll be joined on defense by veteran all-America candidates Lake and Pawelek. Epperson, meanwhile, was named not only a preseason all-conference selection, but also a preseason all-American by <em>Lindy&#8217;s<\/em> (first team) and <em>The Sporting News<\/em>\/Walter Camp (second team).<\/p>\n<p>Fall practice is just days away, and it&#8217;s looking like the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.baylorbears.com\/sports\/m-footbl\/allison-indoor-cam.html\" target=\"_blank\">Allison Indoor Practice Facility<\/a> will indeed be ready should the Bears need it.
