How the #BaylorFamily connects on social media

Maybe you’re new to Baylor — a new student or parent just starting out this fall. Or, maybe you’ve known and loved Baylor your entire life, with parents and even grandparents who bleed green and gold.

Either way, you’re part of the Baylor Family. And just like other families, we have a lot of ways to stay in touch, from family reunions to social media. Thankfully, we have some of the best around, from the oldest collegiate Homecoming to some of the nation’s highest-ranked collegiate social media accounts.

Here’s how to make sure you don’t miss out on updates (both newsworthy and just plain fun) from Baylor:

1. Double-check that you’re following BU on your favorite social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube. (And don’t forget @BaylorProud on Twitter, too!)

2. Join in the conversation by tagging Baylor in your posts, using common hashtags (click here for a list of popular BU hashtags), and commenting on university posts.

3. Share posts that really resonate with you. It’s the easiest and best thing you can do on social media to fling your green and gold!

4. Tag your friends in comments on Baylor Facebook and Instagram posts to reminisce together about your time here.
