The information that I am submitting is, to the best of my knowledge, accurate and true. Further, I have the legal right to publish any photographs, recordings, or transcripts I have attached to this submission.
I understand that my submission will be reviewed, researched, and may be edited for use on a publicly-accessible blog site, web page or print publication and, if published in a web-format, will remain accessible for a period of time to be determined by Baylor University, in its sole discretion. I understand that a representative of the University may contact me for further information if needed. I also understand that my submission of this information does not obligate Baylor University to use my information in any manner whatsoever.
I understand that it is Baylor’s policy that personally identifiable information submitted will be used only for Baylor-related purposes. Baylor University will not sell this data to outside parties. Requests for information and information submitted via forms on Web Sites will be directed to the appropriate staff to respond to those requests and may be recorded to help improve the site to better respond to similar requests.
Baylor regularly uses analysis and reporting tools to evaluate web server logs and e-mail tracking to understand usage and effectiveness of Web Sites and e-mail communications. These tools are used to evaluate aggregate usage and analyze trends. Baylor, by practice, does not engage in monitoring or tracking the activities of individuals. Baylor may use log information in any investigation of a potential violation of Baylor policies and procedures or as required by federal, state or local law.
