What are the best things about working at Baylor?

“Oh gosh, I would say for me it’s hands down the students. They are so intelligent and so passionate, and I really do believe the work they’re doing here in their four to five years is transformational.

“I also think you are learning not only to grow deeply in your faith, but also how to really care for people well, and so the opportunity to kind of come alongside students and care for them in that way. I just consider [that] a real honor and blessing. That’s what’s kept me here at Baylor. I believe in the mission, I believe in the students, and any chance I get to walk with them is impactful.”
