Gluten-free diets continue to prove popular not only among those with celiac disease and gluten allergies, but also for individuals with a gluten insensitivity, those on the paleo diet, even children with autism.

Regardless of your reason for trying the approach, if that’s your diet, Baylor University might be the place for you. Last year, Baylor was named among 14 colleges “leading the way” for gluten-free students; now this fall, Celiac.com included Baylor among 25 notable gluten-free friendly colleges.

The report from Celiac.com, an early online leader for helping individuals with celiac disease, applauded Baylor for the “wide range of gluten-free menu options [available] through the school’s dining services.” The article also noted that “information on gluten-free meals, dining halls and menu items” is posted online each week, aiding students in finding the right gluten-free options.

    Sic ’em, Baylor dining halls!
