Of the 97 Baylor Law School students who took the three-day Texas State Bar Exam at its most recent offering in July, 93 passed on their first try — the best pass rate in the state.
If that sounds familiar, that’s because it’s nothing new. Baylor students have claimed the top pass rate in Texas 14 times since 2001. “This is yet again proof that our longstanding and proven approach of integrating the teaching of legal theory with practical skills training is a model for legal education that works,” says law school Dean Brad Toben.
Sic ’em, Baylor law!
